Technical detail

Semax is a heptapeptide analogue of ACTH(4-10) lacking corticotropic activity, reported to raise BDNF and NGF expression in the hippocampus and modulate dopaminergic and serotonergic transmission. Selank is a synthetic analogue of the immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin, reported to influence GABAergic and serotonergic signalling and enkephalinase activity. No combined neuropharmacology has been published.
