Overview

KLOW is a vendor-coined name for a blend of KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. The name has no regulatory or pharmaceutical standing.

KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, studied in laboratory models of intestinal and skin inflammation. Its inclusion is the stated difference from GLOW blends.

Component ratios vary by supplier, so an 80 mg total does not define the formulation. Confirm the split against a certificate of analysis before any research use.

Technical detail

KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is reported to inhibit NF-κB and MAPK inflammatory signalling in intestinal epithelial and immune cell models, with peptide transporter-mediated uptake. GHK-Cu modulates matrix metalloproteinase and collagen expression in fibroblast culture. BPC-157 shows VEGF-A/eNOS-linked angiogenic effects in rodents, and TB-500 sequesters actin monomers to promote cell migration. No combined pharmacology has been published.
