Concentration Errors Are the Most Common Research Mistake

A 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of diluent yields 2.5 mg per mL, which is 2,500 mcg per mL. A target of 250 mcg is therefore 0.1 mL. Every error in this chain is a factor of ten.
